The coordinates point to Napoleons tomb and the morse code reads 'WER WAR JOSEPHINE?'

A little googling revelad that Empress Josephine was the first wife of Napoleon.

After researching and trying a lot of combinations of 'frau' 'napoleon' 'Marie-Josèphe-Rose Tascher de la Pagerie' I found out that until meeting Bonaparte she was known as 'Rose' which was the solution.

Roller Coaster

Eine wilde Fahrt mit dem Roller Coaster. Entziffere den noch unbekannten Namen des neuen Roller Coaster. Hinweis: Alle Wörter sind grossgeschrieben.

As hint some of the letters were bold and read:

I guessed that the base64 is a SAML (base64 encoded and compressed xml) and a decoder (https://www.samltool.com/decode.php) gave me as result 'Dwg Mllprej Qfwbtsbr Toidksrf'.
This looked suspiciously and I further investigated the 'coaster' part of the hint. I eventually got the idea that it is an Vigenere cipher with the key 'coaster'. Whereas spaces use a key letter.

The solution is: 'big thunder mountain railroad'

When looking at the exif information in the comment we get:

Jemand hat das Bild manipuliert. Ich bin nicht sicher ob der Ort noch korrekt ist. Ich gehe davon aus das die Koordinaten folgende waren: 57 deg 19' 22.3'' N, 4 deg 25' 27.8'' W . Ich hoffe dir hat der Besuch dort gefallen. Und falls du dir nicht sicher bis ob es funktioniert, probier es einfach nochmals.

This is a pretty obvious xor thing. Indicated by the title and the '^'

The real challenge here was, to copy the hex code. This challenge was also not exactly correct since you had to xor it with 'DEADBEEFDEADBEEF' not 'DEADBEEF'.

the file is hidden in a deep archive after searching for some tools and some dirty hacks with binwalk, i found the cleanest solution:
