School CTF

In the last week Los Fuzzys a local CTF team organized a school Capture the Flag. I was the teamleader (and ironically the person with a colloquium kek) and my team consisted of

• Baumann Felix
• Bohl Lukas
• Eberl Thomas
• Mirtl Paul
• Ritz Benjamin

I assigned the members different roles in advance, wheras Felix and I focused on Attacking, Bohl on developing scripts, Paul for any Reverse Engineering, and Thomas and Benjamin focused on solving the Jeopardy Challenges.

This worked quite well, as everybody did what he was good at, however, the contest was very intense and we did not stick to our roles the entire time.

The contest took 8h or so and only after I noticed how much energy this event took from me. intense
But the troubles were worth it as we managed to defeat the 5th grade people and took the first place.

The challenges were quite fun. Especially the Attack/Defense required to analyze you situation quickly.
It was a mixture of different services like nodejs.
